Join us at Pillar Rooftop Bar for When Pigs Fly—an island evening featuring a 5-course prix fixe menu thoughtfully paired with tropical tiki cocktails. From crisp plantain chips topped with sushi-grade tuna to slow-roasted suckling pork and a strawberry-mango basil cheesecake finale, this experience is a flavor-packed flight of fancy.
